TV-Tokyo Official Website (JP) - Like the title suggests, this is TV-Tokyo's official website for the GX anime. Doesn't update particularly often, though it does host the most recent episode preview weekly.
Yuugiou Card Game Official Website (JP) - The site for the OCG and TCG, written in Japanese.
4Kids Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Official Website - The website for the English dub done by 4Kids. ...I refrain from further comment.
fan sites
 Janime - An English-language Yuugiou GX fansite with episode summaries, galleries, and fan-submitted material. Good coverage of the series in general.
 Katsa - A GX screencap gallery, with thousands and thousands of images, plus some extra information.
Pokemon Digimon United - A friend site, owned by my good friend Togepi. It's a site with not only Pokemon and Digimon content, but also GX and a few other different anime. This site provides the duel box scans from the box set DVDs the owner imports.
 Hero Signal - hobbit_hunter's shrine to Juudai, everyone's favorite hero boy! Pretty comprehensive and covers most of the necessary information.
Tatsu no Kiba Productions - This fansub group specializes in GX-related translations. They have the first few episodes fansubbed and most of the manga chapters to date scanlated currently.
